dughhh 10% so that will be a genuine 66MPH not 66 on your spedo (realistically 62ish) so you are fine chances are its set so you would only be gien a ticket if your speedo showed above 70.

I think it is the 10% but plus one, so you'd need to be doing 67. And never met a cage who's speedo didn't over-read.

If you got no points you will get offered a Speed Awarness course from the Council, my mate does it so I will have a sneaky word with her. She gets the info before you know so don't worry too much. Accept the course and you get no points.
