Default team Building Suggestions

I have been asked to arrange some for my team, I need some help and suggestions.

The team ranges from 20 - 50+ and I would like something to suit all. Personally I would like something active, but some of the team are less active than others.

Something constructive for a charity or project might be good....

Any suggestions would be greatly received.

I have been on a few school trips to Wales as a helper and I have to say that one of the activities which really gets the kids working as a team is Gorge Walking. It's really satisfying seeing all the kids working together to get everybody up the river/stream.
I know there will be other suggestions but I would have a look at gorge walking because, at the end of the day, there's nothing to stop anybody from doing it.

We've recently done:
-Paint balling
-Go Karting
-Nights out on the town.

Team bonus incentives are a meal at a given restaurant, paid for by the bosses. Meet targets, go out for a meal (then usually off into town later - but the bosses don't pay for that bit).

There's also a plan of walking up Snowdon one day, but that's easier for us, as I can almost throw stones at Snowdon from the office window.

Have suggested the following:

Go-Karting
Watersports
Trackday (various vehicles)
Raft Building
Sky Diving
....the list goes on.

I have one member who doesn't want to do anything competitve, one who doesn't want to do anything physical and so on.

They have suggested visiting a museum - WE WORK IN ONE!!!!

I'm in the "Doesnt matter what you do I'm not coming camp" I totally hate team building days, they never fix the issues that make me want to punch certain memebers of my team in the face. Its just a waste of time and money.

Give everybody ?20 and tell them to go down the pub and get p*ssed and put your energy into doing something useful.
