Great start to the week...not
So far in two days i've had 4 near crashes but one of them really pee'd me off.
Monday: Coming home from work, doing 70 down a country lane i know and had done in the morning, start cornering and as i enter, notice a big old patch of gravel just ahead, try to avoid and end up clipping it, bikes slids a good few feet before re gripping and almost bucking me off while i cling on for dear life. Then while already in a $*** that was close mood, i was on the motorway when a woman nearly turned into. Now i am thinking how can she not see or hear me so i decide to go a bit slower and look at her. SHE WAS READING A F***ING BOOK ON HER STEERING WHEEL Who does that, seriously, doing 85mph on the motorway reading a book. Tuesday: The normal white van man tries to kill me and rear wheel steps out while cornering. What is trying to kill me this week? /rantover |

Should've noted her reg and reported her, she will injure somebody, not if, when.
I have days when I think it's me attracting issues as I'll have 4 or 5 things like people pulling out, drifting over white lines down country lanes etc. I wish I had my camera on all the time, I'd get a few people prosecuted I'm sure. |

Afaik she would get a letter which might make her think about not doing it again if someone has reported her, worth a try.

Re: Great start to the week...not
Had a people carrier on the motorway move into my lane while i was along side missed me by an inch, but what annoyed me more was that it was full of young kids and the driver was reading a book on the steering wheel Some people just have no idea.

Makes you wonder if the police riders see this sort of stuff regularly too.
