Got the bug I see Sarah.
 Not signed up for anything.  I have however managed 17 miles over the past three days. Rest day today and on it again tomorrow.

racing has taken over my life. Plus I'm now switching to cycling as I've a team 24-hr race in August at the 'Ring to train for. But I'm trying to still run once a week.

I ran for the first time in about 3 months tonight, 5K so im pretty happy with that, top of me foot is sore now though

Done another 4 miles this lunchtime. Up to 34 miles for this month and boy I can feel it in my knees.
I have decided to match if not better my mileage for last year but have got off to a bit of a bad start. I am currently 121 miles behind where I was last year. I did not run for a couple of months last year so time to catch up. Target for the year is between 576 (last years mileage) and 600 miles (last years target). With my knees, that is actually an unlikely target to achieve, but at least it gives me something to aim for.

Very quiet on here lately, seems the post London silence has set in.
Final medium distance run today of 12 miles, 1 week to go so taking things easy. I dont have many sponsors though , ah well.
