Don't fret about it, the conditions weren't great yesterday and if you've only just passed you test, then I can see why you would have been nervous.

I hadnt ridden mine since late August, so it took me a while to settle my nerves on the greasy roundabouts and deal with the Sunday shoppers.

its a pity Kai wasn't fit and well to ride with you, as that would have boosted your confidence in riding in these sorts of conditions.

See you next year hopefully.

@gazzamikes, it would have been silly to go with reservations, take your time moving that line you won't cross, there's no rush!

Next time I should hopefully be alright and be able to meet up and keep you company

It was a wet and slippery day so probably not the best for a first reasonable length rideout - I think you did the right thing gazzamikes

Cool, by that I mean the toilet paper doesn't need to be in the fridge

Flat coke or pepsi is good for recovery, it'll give you the fluids & sugars your body needs.
