I have been looking at a Gixxer rear for mine. I like very much, was there much fabricating involved & have you used the Gixxer subframe?

The seat mounts are standard. I wanted to keep the SV seat rather than get the gix seat, for the mixture of "looks". Almost everything was purchased on ebay (on the cheap), including the racebike take off stop/tail light, chinese seat cowl, L.E.D indicators (hopeless), stainless steel mushroom head fasteners and titanium bolts for the cowl. the mufflers bolt directly to the sub frame rails. This burned a lot of my time and some money, but I am happy with the result. |
