Default Curvy handlebar conversions etc.

Hi Folks, after an incident at work, riding my curvy now kills the wrists, so what views and past experience do people have on either

A. Accossato plus 4cm clip ons, like do they foul the fairing on full lock or any other issues.

B. Replacing the top yolk and going with normal bars and brake reservoir, with probably a riser to angle the bars away from the fairing.

Cheers.

A. No, & they are much kinder on your wrists

B. Depends on the height of the riser, with a curvy its much harder to get higher as something always fouls the fairing on full lock. It just takes a lot of fiddling.

Couple of other options to ease the pressure on your wrists. Woodcraft do with risers as well.

Or Gillies Vario bars, which are adjustable for angle, reach & have various height risers. Which I have, & got 2nd hand off Ebay. You can get the clamps as a spare part.

There are others which do the same, & probably cheaper chinese ones on Ebay

Beat me to it, and adjustable for angle, which is the biggest problem with the standard clip ons.

Moving the clutch & brake levers can help as well

Cheers guys, tho 300 plus golden nuggets for Gilles I've mailed the fella's at SVracing.

I've moved the brake lever in board as much as possible, which has slightly helped, but not enough for a long day ride.

You can get Woodcraft ones in Europe, a bit of Googling will find them for you, otherwise you will probably pay some Customs duty & Vat, plus Post Office rip off handling fees.

I just listed them on SvRacing, as I knew I'd seen them there
