Default Great ride around south Shropshire

...with darylB this arvo.

I went over to his gaff, and we set off to Pontesbury, Minsterley A488 and through the Hope Valley, down to Lydham near Bishops Castle, (this is the route of MM1 and 2). Then took a left, A489 headed for Craven Arms. Oh wow that road is fast, lots of open sweeping bends, and as you get closer to Craven Arms the road narrows and the bends get really tight Quick refuel and then back again to his place for a brew Got soaked at Church Stretton (twice). It was Daryl's fault, if he had ridden faster we'd have dodged the downpours

, If I'd ridden any faster you wouldn't have seen where I turned off and your tea would have been cold by the time you arrived, They are lovely biking roads though and some good views as well. As to the rain it's always a good idea to have some waterproofs with you.
