Re: Stubby time! which drill bit and rivets for the job?
I did mine last week. A 3" or 4" metal drill bit would do the job. I suggest using a new one. You don't actually have to drill right through the rivet - just drill till the circle (top part of the rviet comes off), then use a nail to punch the rest of the rivet through for clearance.
HTH PS. Whereabouts are you, as I could help you, if you want. I'm in Cheshunt. Chin

Millimetres, Millimetres, I said!!!
A 3 or 4 inch bit 'would' probaly create new outlets as opposed to stubbying it. Well spotted YC - Gold Star.

I was going to offer the same. Bought a rivetter on eBay for a fiver, not going to use it again so you're free to use it! In Kilburn myself. Stubbied my Viper can not 2 weeks ago.
