Back on a bike again
Hi there, got myself an 04 SVs in the summer after 29 years away from motorcycling. Its a bit different to the KH 250 i had before.
Now riding around the twisty bits of east lothian and the scottish borders, struggling to remove the helmet due to huge grin. Seen lots of SVs around. Cheers the noo. |

Welcome to the madhouse, have fun and be careful as there seem to be a lot of stupid drivers out at the moment!

Welcome, both to the nuthouse and back to bikes. The Ecosse section has a great set of members, don't be afraid to join them for ride outs.

Howdy. 29 years is a hell of a break - but better late than never!

Re: Back on a bike again
Bonjour, you had a similar break to me. I didn't quite manage 29 years though! Bet you wish you had hung to your KH250 now though don't you?

Re: Back on a bike again
Well it may have taken 29 years but you've found the right bike and you've found the right forum.
And with plenty of .org'ers nearby and plenty of good roads as well, you appear to be all set. Welcome! You're about to have a good time here.
