Few bits for a pointy.
Need a few bits and pieces to complete my repair of SVeeedy's old pointy.
1 x Riders seat bolt 1 x Fairing in-fill (the bit of black plastic by the riderts seat) bolt 1 x Threaded spring clip (used for holding the clock surround on) and last but not least a UK headlight. I think that is all, if I need anything else I shall start another thread! EDIT: Need a K3 rear RHS fairing panel in Candy Grand Blue (YC2) as my bike fell over in the wind last night and mine is cracked! Kind Regards Phil

Re: Few bits for a pointy.
Don't like paying main dealer prices, especially for bolts. If anybody here had some spare I'd rather share the wealth on here. If I can't get em then I'll go down Suzuki on my week off.
Still need the other stuff though!

Re: Few bits for a pointy.
Phi, try JHS for the headlight. That's where I got one from a bike that was being race prepped, and it was much cheaper than I've seen them elsewhere.
I do have one that's missing the two slide-on locating lugs, but there are enough screw through lugs to hold it into the fairing securely. You could make some slide on fixings with some steel plate rivetted to the casing with two bolts through them. The left lens has a very small scratch that will polish out easily. Pm me if you're interested. |
