If you're going to use the recipe I posted, add an extra can of water with the tomatoes. I think it went a bit dryer than it should. Don't skimp on the cooking time! Pete

I just did a pan-fried salmon and prawn rocket salad with croutons and olive oli and balsamic vinegar dressing.
Only had 6 mins to spare you see

I tried this, went with the third can of tomatoes and a second can of the canellini beans, and it worked very well; I did leave the lid off for the last 15 minutes to ensure it wasn't to wet.
Tasted great and went down a storm, thanks for the link
