Scrap that, nowhere near a pub. Cabins very like the bunkhouse at this year's AR.
However, I have seen a pub near there hold small bike rallies. I loved this year's AR. Should have been more in attendance, as it was near perfect for all requirements.

There is another option. I know a campsite in Lincolnshire that would have us no questions. They get booked fairly quickly though.
And it has a pub at the end of the camping field.
