Today, I went paintballing with the missus and some of her colleagues

Oh man....TOP DAY! I am covered in bruises but what a fantastic day!! I am now so tired that That I can sleep all night and all of tomorrow...

Paintball is only half safe if you wear full motorbike gear including helmet,its even more dangerous than biking

I got smacked in the face with a pole-arm in a night battle and dropped like a sack of spuds. I've got a cut along my left eyebrow which has been stuck together with steri-strips so I'm not a pretty sight right now.

May need to get my vision checked too as I can't see properly with that eye now.
