Nice thought.. I'll speak to the others tonight when we meet. BigApe has spoken to Marks family but I don't know any more than that.

WOW! and DAMN!
Been away from the Forum for ages, and to come back to hear about ASM.
My condolences to the family. Although I never met ASM in person he was always fun to communicate with on the forum!
Definitely a sad day!

I went back to the scene this evening, having put it off all week. I still don't quite understand how it happened where it did, but it was touching to see how many people had dropped off flowers and read the notes that had been left. Seeing the photo someone (Nick numbers?) had left choked me up good and proper (as does re-reading the post that started this thread - that was raw).

I'll give a +1 to the printout thing - I get the impression his folks value the impact he had on people outside their circle.
