Default AR07 route plan 1

What do people think of the route below? There is a link to a Google map showing the route in Red.

Ideas and suggestions in the usual pi** taking format please!

How about A1 and A1(M) to nr Worksop

A57,

A57 across the Peak district including Snake Pass

M67, M60, M66 (Just to get around Manchester)

A56, M65 (J8 to J13), A682 and finally A65 To Campsite?

I'm too lazy/stoopid to work out the mileage but I'm sure there are a couple of clever peeps who can!!

There only a few miles on the motorway!!!

Above is from the AR07 Soho Thread. http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=88667

The map link. http://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?ie=...9645&z=13&om=1

Could a clever mod sticky this please? Ta!

Can I suggest you look at the route I posted as http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?postid=1178175
Whilst it does not cover your journey up from the dark and dismal south. Once you get up here. forget the M66 onwards and instead do an extra 5 miles on the m60 to join the m61 upto Preston and pick up my route.

Wonderful fast and twistie roads etc. Not as touristy and therefore unlikely to be caught up behind grawling traffic

I'm not voting as I still don't know if I will be going yet. As for others voting when not attending, not really helping for those that are actually going to be riding the route.
