Question Chain&Sprockets

Hello to every one, joined the forum yesterday. Iam on to my second SV (a K3) and still love it.But it's time for 1st new chain & sprockets and pads front and rear, is it best to stick with geniune Suzuki parts or is there better stuff out there? I only want the best stuff, can any one help,kindest regards..stevie.

I reckon there's nothing better than the OEM DID C&S as fitted by Mr Suzuki.
Don't know about pads though.

Not sure about pads, but I am currently running a tsubaki chain and renthal front and rear sprocket. Got them from www.bandcexpress.com really good!

Yes like said before tsubaki make good gear and it's EBC brake pads for me

Morning all.
As said by Biggles OEM stuff is probably the best, but it aint the cheapest.
Ditto Sideshow & Toonyank r/e B&C & Tsubaki that's the place to get them from (unless you come to me of course, forum dicount nudge nudge).

I've used Tsubaki for quite a while now, & I reckon you can't beat it, go for SG or SGX grade chain, & JT sprockets. If you want Renthal sprockets make sure you get the hard anodised rear, it really is worth the extra couple of quid.

Lastly, EBC are the pads to have. HH pads in the front, & std rears
