Default Good news (of sorts)

Got home last night to find a letter from Black Horse telling my arrangement with them has finished. This means I now own my bike or "The Executor" as she became named!! A year earlier than I thought (I know, I know I'm like SO on top of my finances). Anyway. Of course, my first thought was "what shall I trade it in for?".

But I'm not sure I can. Obviously I have no idea what the 'upgrade' would be but can I part with my faithful steed ??

All I know is I probably do need something a little more upright as I have had some back issues on longer rides.

I'm in a quandry. But it's kind of nice.

Although that financial arrangement is very appealing indeed I don't really like any of the bikes.
edit: The Z750s has grown on me immensely during the course of the day!!

Nice work though, keep looking.

What about the Z1000? Or were you considering going the FZ6 or VFR route?

Shame they don't do the ZX6R in yellow.

Would be so much faster & I'd buy it...

Current back friendly favourites (away from the sporty 'actual' favourites!!) are:
Fazer 1000
Z750s
VFR
Sprint St - although I sat on one at Ally Pally and it didn't seem that much more upright than the SV!!

So I got your favourites right, just wrong capacities. I'd have a look at the Z1000 when you check out the 750s. Fazer 1000 is a really nice bike - better than the 600. I really like the VFR too, engine noise is lovely - thumping V4 but strangley my back felt worse on the VFR as I was upright and more pressure on the base of my spine than when I'm on my very comfy GSXR600 so make sure you take them out for at least an hour when you try them

Ducati Monster might be an option!
