Default motorcrossing in donny-directions confusion

Any of you who have attended before been directed to what looks like a pub called the mayflower from the postcode given? Have Google earthed and can see what looks like a mx track further along the road, up a lane to the left?? Where do you actually meet?

Yep, it's up that track...

The new google maps seems strangely unfriendly but off the roundabout take the track that runs up the side of the runway

drive past the biffa site, then up the ramp onto the grey area. There are now some portakabins on it

Whitty did you get my info email on 5th Sept? Everything you need is in there. If not then let me know and I'll PM the details to you. Ignore the postcode in the paper stuff you've been sent (I think the email said this), a map with everything on it is here

The turning off the golf club roundabout is labelled "Tetron Point" which is a new waste place on the old Biffa site at the entrance to the track

Yes mate, just read it again properly! Please excuse my stupidity! See you there Tom. Don't think I know anyone who's going so at least I can put some names to faces.

Hey guys I went last year... I think on the same day as Tom_the_great

I also had my Mrs with me as a non participant then... She wanted to come this year, and get involved, but is a Teacher so can't get the time off work!

I haven't really been that active on the org for a few years, and definitely not since I moved to Leeds, so don't particularly know anyone either!

From what I remember about last year it'd be a good idea to bring a bottle of water (or two!) and a chocolate bar to keep the energy up in the afternoon!!! I had nothing last year and it really took it out of me!!

I've been looking forward to this all year, and the weather is looking good for tomorrow!!

From t'org there are Whitty, Tom the Great plus Mrs Great, Ginner69, and speedctr plus a couple of his mates. The other guys are from various places, they're all a good bunch though so you'll have fun. Can't believe you didn't bring anything last time! Was funny in June, Paul 6th and Owenski spent ages pitching their gazebo, they seemed to have forgotten the brolly dollies though
