Default sv1000's are now ULEZ exempt

I put the leg work in, we're all good. I'm just waiting on confirmation to see if any other owners need to do the same as I did, or if my work has cleared us all. I think the latter will be the case.

Happy riding, guys.

It's based on whether your bike is Euro 3 registered and/or nOX levels. Ours just happen to be 0.1 under the upper limit for nOX

So you'd expect that the 650 would be as well?

Can we get details of said legwork?

Nice job, btw!

I think the 650 is on the list as being ok already. Not sure if all years are, but when I submitted my K8 details on the website it said it was fine.

anything twin spark is most likely fine. Anything prior is currently not permitted. I have a K3

No relevance to me but my old K6 (the last single spark) is chargeable

It's very relevant. If a 2004 1000cc bike can get through this, so can yours.

Here's what you guys need to do:

Get your V5 - look on the inside of the front page (so page 2, if you like)
Look at the bottom left, there should be a list of emissions values
Look at the nOX value. If this is under 0.15 - you're good to go
Scan the entirety of the V5 - so do it as double sided under the settings, assuming your scanner can do this
Go here and upload it, along with the bike details such as plate number, etc: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/cc-...y-wizard-37743

They take about two weeks. But like I've said before, I'm waiting on confirmation from them about the SV1000 now being fine for me - does that mean anyone else has to do this that owns the same bike? They'll let me know.

I'd hazzard a guess that all SV650's that are injected will pass this without issue.
