ART have gone bust!!!!
Just read on another forum, cough*VD*cough that they have closed their doors for business.
TBH with the complete lack of customer service, this does not suprise me in the least. Not too sure if this is 100% It's a shame really, as their stuff is really nice |

Hardly suprising, the architects of their own demise

I wouldn't be surprised... their customer service was awful. I remember speaking to one of their chaps at Ally Pally, and he simply was not interested in taking any business on the day - why they were there in the first place is therefore a mystery!
I've enjoyed my ART can... I think it's a good product, even though their pricing is slightly eratic. In many ways it'll be a shame of they're gone, but I guess I'll just have to find an M4 or Akropovic system or something

I dealt with ART on a number of occasions and had no problems at all.
I have a few bits of theirs and they're all perfectly acceptable quality, I found their service to be no worse than average - perhaps no better either - but I certainly couldn't single them out. I bought an ART hugger for the SV1000 and it didn't fit - not entirely ARTs fault, it transpired that Suzuki had produced at least three, (and possibly four), subtly different designs of swingarm - ART were helpful, I agreed to take the bike to them so that it could be measured and a new design produced, they refunded my money and gave me a about £100 worth of bits and pieces, I couldn't criticise their customer service at all.
