wasn't there a club in Holland that did nothing but destroy speed cameras, i think it was on one of Clarkson's spin off programs

used to be able to buy it over the counter as a film but either it became illegal or it became useless when the cameras went inferred, or so im told

don't know exactly how the inferred cameras work.
