as said by many above its more than likely the plugs.

make sure the drain hole at the bottom of the head is clear. this is one instance that wd40 is your friend, squirt some down the plug hole and in the cap making sure that the drain hole is clear first.

when was the last time you checked to oil level?

Cherrs, fingers crossed its something simple like that then

Squirt some straight into the hole the plug comes out? Will it not just end up in the cylinder if I do that?

Oil level is fine recently changed and full

with the plug still in the head squirt the wd40 down the hole and into the cap, you dont need much as your just dispersing any moisture that may be in there. you must clean out the drain hole on the cylinder head first. the right hand side of the bike is your throttle side, if you look down at the front cylinder there is a small (around 3mm) hole near the bottom. clean this out with a bit of wire or cable tie. the hole will allow any water or remaining wd40 drain out.

if the bike fires up and runs its best to replace the plugs. if you have any silicone grease smear some round the plug cap lip where it mates with the top of the cylinder head, this will keep the water out in the future.

Thanks for all the info, changed the plugs and checked the drain hole. All fine the front plug wasn't event that rotten at all. Checked the new plugs for spark and they were sparking in both leads. The bike still feels a little sluggish now even with the new plugs

The old front spark plug was very wet and stinky with fuel.

Whats next guess the coil packs?

I'd work back from the spark plugs - the plugs sparked in both caps but plug caps can still give intermittent sparks, so try replacing the front plug cap first.

Are the wires to the front coil pushed firmly onto the coil connectors?

I never checked to be honest just pulled the plugs, complained the front one wasn't rusty and crappy looking and had a look for a bolt I had dropped inside somewhere when taking off the fairings haha.

Will try and have a look tonight, boots seemed fine, front was hard to get off tho. Couldn't see anything loose on the boot end
