Default Speeding

I've been doing about xx on 70mph limit (a34 dual carriage way). There is no speed camera signs but I've seen a police car parked on the bridge above presumebly checking a speeds. Question is - Will I get a ticket or not? do I have to be puled over to get a speeding ticket in unmarked area? Just hoping

sometimes you just get a ticket through the post. I would delete the fact that your admitting you're doing 87 in a 70 because if they havent seen you do it and they read this your screwed

If it was just a panda car then I think you'd be far more likely to be pulled if you're going to get owt just for speeding.

Well I've seen them before sitting on the brigdes with hand held thing recording a speed. Just wondering whether they have to pull me over after clocing my speed. well I guess I'll have to wait and see.

if you're worried about getting caught, why speed past a marked car you clearly saw No one on here can tell you if you're getting a ticket. Unless someone here was that copper in that car . . . .

You may still get an NIP. The laser operator may just be recording speeds and sending out the NIP as it may not have been appropriate to stop vehicles on that road.

14 days in dread of the postman...
