Re: gas/electic bills
Look up your consumptions from the past 12 months and go to the Which switch site, there you can compare all the tariffs.
My badly insulated 3-bed deatched is around £1000 a year elec and gas together, I like it warm. I'm with Scottish power. If it helps. |

Re: gas/electic bills
electrickery costs me £85/month
Gas £65/month I blame it on the daughters 1/2 hour showers every morning. A shower only takes me 3 - 5 mins, 10.8kW shower and she sets the meter spinning

Re: gas/electic bills
I used to be with EDF and they sent me a bill for £350odd for only 2 months or so when i moved in my rented house.
I rang up and gave the meter readings and it came back at about £25. They try it on all the time. I god damn hate the fookin automated system where u have to read the numbers out to it. I must have spent half an hour talking to a robotic lady just to give an acurate reading. |

Re: gas/electic bills
Gas, £0.00 since Dec 5th, leccy £2.72 Dec - Feb then £1.20 Mar - now yet they estimated £342 based on previous owner. This included 200 KwHrs for an economy7 meter I removed and told them about, lol.
Oh, I don't live there yet. Done a full re-wire. |
