Default Black plastic bits 'Back to Black'

I've got a K3 and the black plastic bits have faded. Anyone know a good way to bring them back to black? I tried some Simonez 'Back to Black' and it didn't work at all.

I resprayed my K6 to Halfords Satin Black Rattle-can.

Its a pretty good match for the plastics, so maybe a light coat of paint on them would work?

WD40 normally get's them back to black. Just spray on a cloth and rub in.

As with all the 'back to black' type products you'll need to do it again but it's a damn site cheaper.

When I was storing the bike last winter,I sprayed the bike with ACF-50,I noticed it brought all the black plastic back to life.

Not googled, but I assume that this just sweats out some of the oils/plasticisers back to the surface so you regain the gloss? (just curious of the mechanism)

Similar to adding light oil is partially replacing what has dried out with time.

Macguiars detailer ..... can use it on everything, paint, plastics, windows.

I love the stuff even cleans my front door. Plastics restore to original colour. Get it of ebay

Don't know if you can still get it now but try and get some 'black chrome' it's by far the best stuff I've used.
It's a black gel / cream that really works.
