Re: Hellingly Asylum (Hellingly Hospital)
Yep - ther is another one in Colchester - Severalls Hospital:
http://notquitegone.co.uk/communitie...4511861447.swf The area is huge and only a small out building on the outskirts is used. The rest doesn't look too dissimilar to the ones you posted above. Scary place! Unfortunately, I lost all the pics I took there when my HD broke Also, this is pretty incredible: http://s0.geograph.org.uk/photos/32/...8_26935c34.jpg It's a disused cement works and they can't decide what to do with it. It may have been a littl emore fortified since I was last there. I have a few pics (thank good for film!) left from this - I'll post them when I get in. There is a guy who has a photographic website documenting places like this. I think it is this guy: http://urbandesertion.squarespace.com/ Though the website looks different to how I remember. It has been about 4 years since I was doing similar stuff!

Nice pics- I find these sorts of things fascinating.
Personally, I'd love a tour of Battersea Power Station with a decent camera to hand... |

Did they not hold a vigil in this place on Most Haunted? It was one of the live ones...
