Default Which tailtidy?

My Hamicad one snapped on me yesterday Im a bit annoyed at them actually becuase although I was told about the defect in the first batch of ones they made and they contacted me about it, I was in the middle of moving house at the time and they never responded at my new address. Its like they thought they'd get out of supplying a replacement tidy to me.

Anyway, what other options are available to me apart from the Hamicad route? What would you guys out there in SV land recommend?

Many thanks.

The one that broke on me was the Hamicad one, but it WAS a pre faulty batch one. Are the newer ones tougher?
