I had ordered some gear off their website. Monies have been charged to my credit card. Nothing has been delivered, emails to customer services go unanswered and the phone number is no longer available.

I posted that thread, a mate on another forum is still waiting for a refund after money taken from their account- two weeks after being notified their goods are not available. Apparently due to the success of their 30% off deal.

Goods ordered 5 Feb, goods meant to be dispatched between 3/5 days. Emailed 14 Feb, still unanswered. Their customer service line, 0800165165 doesn't take calls. Oh today is the 20 Feb and that's impatience? |

This info is direct from Hein Gericke UK Head Office:- They have had a change of management plus a problem with a supplier which as meant a delay in getting some of this seasons stock. It should be with them by the end of March. The offers they have been running have generated better than expected sales which coupled with the above as caused problems. The are putting things in place to deal with this including taking on extra staff for the telephone/web sales. I have been assured they are financially sound. I personally have recently bought items from their e-bay site and have prompt service and delivery. Do visit your local store and discuss your problem with them. Hope this helps.
