Glad to hear it's not as bad as you first thought mate. Sounds bl**dy sore anyway. GWS.

Stripped the damaged fairing off the bike today and took some photo's. Foots a lot better also. May go back to work on Monday night if mobility continues to improve at the speed it is. Now walking and driving ok.

Well it's just over three months on from the accident and I have just received letters from the Insurance and solicitors telling me that the girls insurance are not contesting liability so I’ve won . I keep my no claims. I’ll post a copy of the letter I submitted to the solicitors in the Filtering sticky thread as soon as I get my home computer back from some up-grades nest week.

It feels 100 % in normal use, but it's only about 50 % stable and achillies range is down ( but not much now ). There is a hard area of swelling extending 2" above my ankle which physio say will take months to go. I did a track day at Anglesey just over three weeks after the accident and had to zip a champagne bottle into my boot for a week before to stretch it enough to get my foot in .
