It's worth bidding that little bit extra if the f1.4 is in good condition. The 45mm f2 that I used in China is also a nice little lens.

And finally, finally, finally, Yashica FX3. I played around with macro and close up but have no idea what glass I used.

I think that's me all analogued out for a while. I've half a roll of XP2 in the Ricoh 500 and a couple of other half finished films somewhere.
Will also try to test some of the SLRs in the 'waiting' queue over Christmas.

It's seen better days. A lot of the muck on the lens looks external; hard to gauge whether it's clean inside but I don't think they're too hard to disassemble. Hopefully, you can get it for a decent price.

Hope so. Sure there is a guide online somewhere. Nice shots from the Yashica, what film was it? I need to give the LC-A another run as the film I used was expired and didn't perform well. I have at least 90 rolls to use by next December or the whole lot ends up out of date. Jetlag settled down yet? John, did you manage to sort that rough lens out by the way?

Yashica, SRT and Ricoh shots are all on the Poundland Agfa.
Actually, do you notice any difference in the colours/film quality in the 3 sets of China shots?
Jet lag is easing off and I'm getting back into the day/night pattern but my eating habits are shot to pieces.

If that's Agfa Vista then you have got some good results there. Mine always seem a little bit flat. Although the colours came out ok in this one:

The colours look fine on your Bruges shots but I know what you mean about the Vista. Quality does vary a bit and sometimes it comes out quite dark, particularly the greens and landscapes.

Know what you mean, sometimes it's great, other times it's okay.

The Mamiya Six? Nah, it's going to sit there for quite a while I think. I checked the shutter timings on the Contessamatic, they are all good, even 1/500 was around 1/400, and the slow ones are a little fast. Found it has a linked exposure thing like the Vitomatic, once the speed and aperture are set, you can rotate the speed ring to change both at once, keeping the same EV. Basically the index mark for the aperture ring is on the speed ring, not fixed to the body, so it as you rotate the speed ring the whole lot goes around. Clever but also possibly confusing. Next job is try to get the new cell in, and give it all a bit of a clean. not sure when I'll get around to it though.
