Home made pizza, I've now mastered using a Ciabatta flour to make a thin dough. Tangy tomato base, mozzarella, cheddar, goat's cheese, mushrooms, red onion, home grown chilli and basil. Better than anything I can buy ready made in the supermarket or a pizza restaurant. And Stu takes the leftovers to work for lunch tomorrow.

Now I've just got to hope I've left room for the home made apple and cinnamon crumble, made with ground almonds and hazelnuts with apples from a friend's tree, Newton Wonder, a really old variety.

A kind soul gave me a hospital car parking ticket, so i didn't need to pay for one, makes up for all the times I've given mine to other folk in the same circumstances.

It's nice when that works. You just have to make sure the "enforcement officers" are not watching as they will nab the driver you gave your ticket to as they are usually not transferable per the tiny print of the terms on the faded/bill-stickered-over back of the payment machine. Doesn't stop me handing my ticket on if there's more than ten minutes of it left.

News of the Honda line up for the road racing this year. Guy Martin hungry for that elusive win. Certainly looking forward to watching the TT again.

That made me smile too. At least he's on equal machinery to his biggest opponent. Should answer a lot of questions!
