I am looking to revive some shine to my bike and have heard that autosol is the way forward . Can someone let me know which is the polish/compund that most people use . Its mainly for a bit of aluminium and stainless steel .

I have fornd this http://thepolishingshop.co.uk/acatal...al_Polish.html and an slightly bewildered by the choice .

Both the Autosol and Belgom do the same job, however the Belgom contains and leaves a protective wax.

Do people use polishing tools with it? I just use elbow power, but it takes along time..... any good short cuts?
