Yes, there's only the front spindle and the speedo bit.

The forks are used from eBay off a non crashed bike I was told and it did (visually) look all straight.

I will try to slacken the yokes etc and realign.

Is there anything else that might be damaged that I should replace? I mean, I cannot myslec figure out what's going on

If much appreciate a helpful advice.

The yokes seem to be ok, the right fork went in both bottom and top yokes perfectly easy. The left one needed a fair push in order to put it throught the top yoke, it was off by 2-3mm.

What I have not done yet is I haven't checked the bottom yoke, bearings etc, I haven't slackened the main yoke assembly bolt/top nut.

Thanks for any tips

there's your answer you shouldn't have to force the leg in somethings twisted.

looking at the pic i would guess that the yokes are bent

both legs should slide in the yokes no problem. tighten the bottom yoke pinch bolts first on both legs then the top yoke ones.

the SV bottom yoke is very easy to bend.

if the bike has been run over by a car how do you know that the frame is straight or is hasn't been stressed.

Thanks guys for the comments.

I am going to have to look into retightening the yokes and if that doesn't work replace the bottom yoke.

What about the main yoke bolt and bearings, if the bottom yoke is bent would the bearing be busted as well? Should I look into replacing any other bits while I'm at it?

Get better pictures of the spacer area and the spindle where it passes through the fork on both sides of the wheel. Are both discs equidistant from the fork slider? I suspect not.
Itmisnt a fault with either yoke, they play no part in centralisating the wheel in the forks.
I suspect there's something missing/incorrectly fitted on the left side of the wheel, in the second picture how much of the spindle is protruding through the fork slider on the left? From your picture it appears that it does, but it should be near enough flush - the whole wheel assembly is displaced to one side.

Third pic of first post shows that spindle is displaced left - should be flush with fork lower.

1/2 fourth picture.. the spindle usually sits flush with the outside. undo the pinch bolt and bounce the forks, a bit of grease helps things.

2/2 fourth picture.. it looks to me that the pad retaining pin on the calliper is bent but it could be the camera.
