please help i need to know how much a DUNLOP SPORTMAX touring D205 160/60ZR17 M/C 69W tyre is

please help its the tyre that comes with the sv650 and i have split the other one . so how much is this tyre new, iv looked on the net but cant find the price of a new one, , the front one has only done 2600 miles and still has loads of tread left so is it ok to put a new back tyre on with a old front tyre. sorry i am a newbie

Stock tyre on the K6 is a Dunlop D220

you'll most likely use about two rear tyres for every front tyre anyway, so just replace the rear, but not with the D220, get a RoadSmart or other recommended tyre, there must a million "which tyre" threads on this forum

i was told i couldnt mix the front and rear tyres . so thats not true then

sounds like a load of crap to me, perhaps mixing a road-racing tyre with a touring tyre would be a bit of a gamble, but mixing two dunlop sport-touring tyres has been fine on my bike, the roadsmart is a much nicer feeling tyre then the D220 IMO

i can get a DUNLOP SPORTMAX touring D205 cheap hopefully , that will be ok with the d220 front tyre then
