Question Cash bungs- which ones?

Just a quick one.

I have been looking at crash bungs to protect my bike. There's a huge variation in price! I can get some off ebay for £16.99 or R&G want £79.99 for theirs.

To be fair the cheaper unbranded ones on ebay look the same as the r&g ones! is there any difference??? except extortionate price?

I have fully faired sv650s k6 f anyone knows of any decent products going at a reasonable price.

Thanks...

The R and G ones are ok, but tend to snap rather than bend. They are more 'drop protectors'.

I've got a set of motosliders, although i've never crashed on them, people say they are the best crash bungs for the SV.

Google Motosliders or have a look on ebay.

Moto slider crash bungs are the best, although I don't know if you have to cut the fairing on yours to fit them

Don't buy cheap as they won't do the job

I've got R&G ones, which cost me £64, only because I don't6 need to cut my fairing lowers to fit them

You can find them on Ebay too

Motosliders FTW.

You can get both the framesliders and the swingarm bobbins from the US delivered within a week for the same price as a set of R&Gs frames only, pretty much.

The R & G ones worked well on my bike when my step- son low sided it, just had to replace the gear lever, everything else was fine except for the bung which has worn down a touch!

Motosliders- cheaper than R&G and better design. Cheapo ones and anything made of aluminium are worth nowt.
