Yes, Oxford Stormex all the way. I was recommended to buy the large, which I did and is a little too big. Get the medium and your bike will love its new sleeping bag.

If you're using it to commute, or want an easy to store, portable one I've had one of these since I got the bike:
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Produc...BIKE+COVER.htm Perfect fit, and it squashes under my desk at work. Much lighter than a stormex one, but there again, its just for daytime use (for me). |

I use an Oxford Rainex, very happy with it. It was a temporary solution of shelter as I thought i'd have a garage by the summer, but sadly no garage at the new house. May invest in a Stormex for the colder wetter months.

Does the Argos one really keep your bike dry but let it dry after a wet ride? If so looks a bargain?

and another for stormex. Both our bikes have them. Try to get the extra large as it fits the SV better. The large is ok, but the Xl sort of sits on the ground and 'seals' the bike in.

It does seal the bike in, perfect in but I am thinking mine may start to rot if it gets no decent airing. Is this likely?

Condensation and damp will be a problem. You could try using a greenhouse heater, if you can get power to it or putting an old duvet on it first. If your cover looks new at may attact thieves, if it looks old, paint smeared and battered they may assume you've got some tatty scooter, and look elsewhere.
