No worries, a lot more fun than seeing a knackered bloke covered in sweat, slobber and sticky energy drinks stumble about incoherently before staggering off over another hill!

Well managed my slowest lap of the Nurburgring ever today, 2hrs 7 minutes and 26 secs to do 22.52 kms round the mountain bike track anticlockwise, with the odd meander/error.

I stopped briefly at Schwedenkreuz to have my photo taken after the long climb up from Adenau:

A nice run, paced so I had loads of energy left, but ran out of time for a bicycle ride....

Been following matey, amazing effort considering the weather we've had. Did you get blown along or was it a headwind? An excellent example of fell spirit also in helping the old boy along to the farm. I'm sure he'll have been very grateful for that.

Tim, an amazing feat. Congratulations on finishing what looks to be a brutal challenge. I'm sure your charity will be delighted with the effort.

Whats next??
