Baffle Stuck
Hi, I managed to get the baffle out of one of my renegade cans but the other one is completely stuck, any ideas how to remove it? and is there anything I can do to make it easier to get it out next time?

mine used to get jammed
i used a set of pliers...grabed it and wiggled it furiously! job done! |

my scorp wouldnt come out the first time so i stuck the broom handle down from the other end and knocked it out.

I dont know about the Renegade, but the baffles on my CCC can were held in with mastik ( after i had drilled out the rivet i still had to give the baffle a wiggle with some mole grips )

Have tried with pliers but the damn thing still wont budge, guess I'll have to try the knocking it out from the other side method.

the mastik is to make it road legal, it seals the baffle in.

When I remove it would applying copper ease or something be a good idea to help it come out easier next time?

pick all the dry mastic off the inside of the can, that will help.
mine did get easyer with time. |
