anyone know the top speed on the Stock 04 SV650S ?
I just got a 04 Sv650S I orders some pipes and a injection module, we will see if that does much, anyone know if they will add much power? my bike will get up on one wheel in first gear on it's own with no clutch.

One day I was going down a highway and I topped the SV s out at 137m.p.h. That was at 11,000r.p.m.

race Cans will add around 5hp if set up correctly.
Aint you guys meant to only do 55, and 65 in the interstates  Hooligans

speed of stock SV650S
I have only gotten mine to 125, and when I shifted into 6th it went down to 123. also was is the k4 and stuff?is mine one of those?

I guess that proves K3's are faster. Mine up to 140... plus it's silver so that helped.  Mitch

The "k" number refers to the frame, actually. A k1 would be a 2001 model, k2 a 2002, and so on. k=1000. Get it?
Yeah, I heard a long time ago silver was the fastest colour. I didn't believe it, though. Did they make SVs all black before k5s? I was thinking about trading my k4 in for an older one and I like the all black look with the frame. Just curious. |

Well I got the exhaust and module, installed, I am just waiting to see how much I gained.
