Well , that was a fabulous run, even if it was raining and windy, and we got lost temporarily coming down off the Ercall. Brilliant route and I really enjoyed myself.

Telford T50/50 Canicross Relay Challenge Little Wenlock to Wellington (sections 7, 8, and 9)

Superb day and there are plans by the chap who organised it (and runs Shropshire Canicross) to repeat it next year. Count me in!!

A gentle run this morning, round my favourite short loop with a friend who's not run for a couple of weeks.

The first of two runs today I hope!

Doesn't sound like you've had a very good couple of weeks Martin! Get well soon!

Second run of the day this afternoon, this time up onto Penycloddiau. Fantastic views from up there!

Very enjoyable short run on Sunday afternoon around Llanymynech Rocks with three other canicrossers and all our various hounds!

Glorious 6.9 mile run out with my mate Craig through Autumn colours, under a blue sky and early morning sunshine. So lucky to be living (and running!) here.

Back in sunny ole Wells next the sea. Got out for a run this morning. Hoping to get back into it as my fitness is really dropping off. 4 slightly knackering miles. But some cracking scenery, tide was in this time. Pics on Strava as internet is too intermittent here to try and get posted on here.

Finally managed to make it out for a run after a week and a half! Absolutely glorious morning too. Did a pretty gentle 4.7 mile run along some great trails and through some beautiful scenery.

This morning's run round the Penygorddyn loop
