Testing bark control collar...
Reminded me of the post from here a few years ago about testing a tazer.
Stupid definitely but I guess he knows exactly what the dog will experience so he isn't putting it through anything he hasn't had. I lost it at the tapping though

He has become a millionaire from making Youtube videos and hosting a minecraft server. Common sense lacking maybe.

Just seen this what a great idea, all ________ should be made to wear these.
Please insert your own descriptive words. I chose "**** wit car drivers". And people wonder why dogs sometimes bite their owners!! Big dog, in pain so it yelps, gets tazered again, yelps, gets tazered again. Goes on an enraged killing spree whilst constantly being provoked. Genius.

Big dogs have skin about a quarter of an inch thick around the neck, so the shock needs to be pretty strong to penetrate. The effect on a person will be much worse.
