Default Conti - Road attack depth

I had my Tyres swapped at 60450 ish and now the bike is at 64500 ish. Now checking the tyre depth I have just under 3mm at the rear on the lowest point and just under 4mm on the front.
So is it 6mm of tread that tyres normally come with standard?

OK my brand new Avon front has 4mm of tread on it. My 5000 mile old rear Avon has 3-4mm on it.

not sure if this is any help to you.
