indecater help
i have just got a set of after market indicaters, do i have to cut the original wires or do they unclip somewhere?

They plug into a small grey connector, you'll probably have to cut and re-solder the connections anyway.

yeah mate they do, i personally havn't done the back end b4 but i asume you will need to take the undertray out and there will be a little conectoe there someware its just a matter of locating it, for the front end the only time i have undone them it when i took of the fairing, and by the look of it that would almost be the only way of doing it, you might be able to do it without taking it off but would prob be hard work!
but like i said i have never done the back end myself so i stand corrected if some1 knows better!! |

There's a wee plug- What I do is remove the plug and chop it between the indicator and plug, then solder the plug onto the new indicator. You could crimp it, too, but I prefer to solder stuff like that.
