Does the OM2 unlock if you reset it?
If so, probably the batteries.
In the garden today too, butchering a hedge. Also put some crash protection on the bike.

No, no response from the check light and the reset doesn't unlock the shutter. Something is not right but I have three or four others so no big deal.

I tried another set of batteries and it works. The shutter reset button doesn't work for some reason though.

Weird. Maybe a dodgy contact under the top plate. Good that it works though.

Maybe, or just weak batteries. It will sit in the to do pile, needs a proper rewind crabk but apart from that its pretty usable.

I processed the OM10 film in work and scanned the negs. Pretty pleased with the metering. I did have a big scratch on three of the exposures though. Not sure if that was done in camera or the processor.

I don't use Jessops often, its cheaper to send them off, or if I need them with the hour I'll pop too Boots. Sorry Admin!

Not in Shrewsbury you won't. The Boots here has scaled it's service right back to our benefit.
