Fuel Tank Removal
Does anyone have any tips on the easiest way to take a tank off an '03S

Angle grinder
2 allen bolts at the front, 2 13mm bolts under the riders seat, undo all pipes and wires etc. HTH |

Angle grinder ? Its a big mallet you want. ,
.... mark ( inky/ coloured electrical tape or summit) all the different bits of bloody tubes they have stuck under the tank and mark also where they connect to. Saves a bit of hassle if you leave the tank off for more than two minutes. Look how the hoses run ,careful not to kink them when you put the tank back on. Have a rag ready for when you get a bit of petrol ****ing out when get the fuel pipe off. |

or aise the tank.. take loads of digi pics of the pipes etc.
then remove it. refer to camera wen putting back together.. once u done it once tis easy
