all depends fella
on experince, the manager as u are employed by him/her not hein gericke etc..... email me/ pm me & i will fill u in on it all i work @ hein gericke welling |

How on earth did you fail the interview???
 My boss is great, i was there for 6mths, hada bust up with the assistant manager at the time so i walked out one day...and never went back. Year later... Was taking back part time, then full time after a few months, and now im the trainees assistant manager  , been there a year solid soon
