Default Anyone interested?

Anyone local likely to be interested in a lovely black k5 naked 650?
At the point where I'm thinking it's going to be a good idea to sell it.

Haven't done anything. It's just been sorn-ed and I didn't bother renewing my insurance when it ran out at the weekend.
Been thinking that I have other things in my life I could spend my money on at the moment rather than a bike that admitedly I won't use in the wet and don't enjoy unless it's warm and sunny. If I sell it i'll buy a push bike for work and put the rest of the money in a different account for whatever takes my fancy in the future.

Biking - Been there & done that. Can always come back to it in the future.

A good time to sell if that's how you feel about it. Or you could hold on to it for a few weeks and see how you feel having not ridden for a short time. I'm missing it loads but that may be down to the 'can't' situation though. It's not costing you if it sits for a couple of weeks, so no loss.
What do you think it would fetch at the moment?

Oh Reeder, dont do it!!

I sold my triumph last September with the intention of getting something better in spring, but my plans went t1ts up (as they usually seem to do) and I wouldnt have been able to get another if i hadnt managed to coerce my then boyfriend using just the right persuasion techniques and got the CBR.
Having no bike in the garage for 7 months was awful. Even if you dont use it i'd hold on to it for a while, just in case you change your mind.

I love it when woman use "persuasion", make sure they pay up first though! Keep the bike mate, you will really regret it if you sell it.

Nooooo don't do it! Unless you're not having fun ofcourse. Nothing gives me the same buzz as biking and i've tried kitesurfing/snowboarding/skydiving/bungee jumping

Honestly not meaning to sound like a kn0b here, but have you?

Until you've
gone on a camping trip with your bike
been to the lakes/wales/yorkshire/scotland on your bike
taken your bike over to the IOM for TT week
done a trackday
been on a euro trip on the bike

to name but a few, theres still plenty on the 'to do' list

Can we expand on the list - I've done 4 out of the 5 (not going in for the ass-rape that is the steam racket for TT week, but I'm looking at the Manx and the Gold cup as substitutes)
