Default Parking ticket

Just to make sure everyone knows
I got parking ticket last week at Soho - no option to move on, just a sneeky ticket slapped on my bike.
So cover or remove your number plate people.

But he didn't put it in a sticky bag though did he? Could you perhaps say that it fell off because it wasn't properly applied?

Removing your numberplate is a bit extreme though..Id be worried at the police spotting the bike with no numberplate IMO

2 weeks ago, once we had been moved to the square we has 2 cops in a car stop and advise us to cover plates.

We acknowledged this, and mentioned that we wer happy with how things were - ie in a state of Truce.

However, sounds like WAR has now been re-declared - and just in time for the good weather where its perfectly reasonable to take your jacket off and hang it on the back of your bike....

Probably trying to earn the councils some cash before the new financial year...Iceland etc etc...most councils are fooked which is why the pot hole repairs seem to be slow this year!

So bikes get tickets in London now?
