Default Pac Safe

Hi guys

me and russg are going to do a wee bit of touring on his sv for 3 weeks in June, seeing things here and there in England and possibly heading over to France. Campsite and activity suggestions are welcome

Anyhow, we're thinking of getting a helmet pacsafe for each of us, £40ish each... has anyone used/got one? Opinions?

I just lock my helmet to the bike by attaching it to the clip under the pillion seat, oh's gets a small bike lock through it as it isn't the dd type strap.

I'm assuming this is to save carrying the helmets with you. suppose it would allow you to stow gloves within helmet but to me seems like extra baggade and expense for no real gain. Obviously never used one so probably no real help, I'll leave now.

Attaching to below the pillion seat is alright just for one helmet? Can it take 2? We're thinking pacsafe because we might be leaving the bike for a bit and it'll save us carrying the helmets with us all the time

Yes, one either side. Alternatively if you are chaining up the bike nothing to stop you threading the chain through the helmet.
Like i said I've a small 12" bike lock for the oh's helmet, think it was a fiver, probably as secure as the pacsafe.
